my 7 month old baby accidentally falls from the sofa. it was as if her head had hit the floor. she cried for a while after falling. Then she plays like always. Is this cause any problem. I am so scared.

Any Fall injury specially head injury needs to be assessed properly . In any such case certain symptoms needs to be checked like loss of consciousness  reccurrent vomiting or any abnormal moment or convulsions . Such case needs  immediate medical intervention as there could be some internal injury . Otherwise application of ice locally to reduce the swelling and pain can be done ffalong with some analgesic like paracetamol. 
Recurrent fall injury for a child should be avoided as it can lead to some chronic manifestations occasionally .
Also teeth injury should be rule out in any such case which is commonly associated  and can be easily missed out most of the time .
