my 7 month old babh bed se gir gai aaj khelte khelte wo roi thodi der fir chup ho gai kya usko dr ko dikhana chahiye mujhe bhut tension ho rha hai

A. First you see how did your child fell off the bed as in what was the direction was it on the face was it on the butt was it on the back these things make a lot of difference so if you feel it was on the back or the head of the child anywhere then yes you should get an exam because sometimes there are chances of internal injury which we should not ignore
