hello mere badi beti ke hath se meri baby jo 2.5 month ki h uske head ke upr phone gir gya wo bhut roi thodi der bad chup ho gai lekin mujhe bhut dar lg rha hai use koi problem to nhi hogi

A. Hello parents,good afternoon If no ear nose mouth bleeding no projective vomiting no scalp bleeding no swelling then no need to worry.just observe your baby for atleast 48 hours .if any above signs then visit your nearest pediatrician immediately.
