my 7 month baby having fever... my native is village i can't go hospital this time... can i give paracetamol syrup.. pls tell me quickly... i don't know what I do

A. definitely you can give paracetamol to the child which can be repeated maximum 4 times per day and also do body sponge which will help in decreasing the temperature of the body of the child
