My 7 month baby girl suddenly has developed red patch on her cheek for the past 3 to 4 days and today I noticed a white head on it. It is a cluster of 3 red dots. No itching or pain as she is not touching it. Please advice.

A. Could we just a mosquito bite or sometimes it could be just a rash generally due to weather change or something you can currently use calamine lotion if you want I think that is going to be helpful and if needed you can also get it checked with your doctor once
