my 6month old daughter has 101fever. how much paracetamol should be given to her??her weight is 6.7kg

You Give one ML as of now and if the fever does not subside and you can repeat the same dosage after six hours again and also fever is a little higher so you start doing cold sponging as well that’s going to be helpful in reducing down the temperature in a better manner
