Q.

My 6month old baby is suffering from constipation and he passes very tough stool with pain. What should we do to soft his stool?

A. v iConstipation is very common in babies you have to modify the food which is more in fibre like green leafy vegetables and seasonal fruits like apple mango papaya banana etc

A. hi first ,keep an eye on your child diet , remove food which causes it avoid introducing new food for now keep your child well hydrated give natural probiotics like fresh curd buttermilk etc more give food like palak puree, mashed banana,pear , papaya etc to your child which makes digestion easy.
