My 60 days old baby not smiling by looking at face. Also he does not making any cooing sounds. He is well responding to sounds and look up to the face when we talk. He lift his head when I put him on shoulder and sometimes sucks his fist.He was born prematurely at 35th week. What is his corrected age? When I can expect his smile??

A. please wait few more weeks. if there is no relief it is better you see your doctor for proper examination particularly physical examination if there is need for doing investigations to find out the problem and treatment ok
