My 6 year old boy ha a gland behind his ear or in his right side neck part, it is not painful but what is this?

A. Mam it can be lipoma which is basically a fat ball and which does not create any problem it is movable and it looks like a lump but I cannot confirm anything without an assessment check with your doctor for confirmation on the issue
