Q.
My 6 year daughter has good silky, black and long hairs..but 2 months before we saw a white hair and now today again another white hair. Sir/ Mam plz let us know the cause of this and how to prevent this??

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. Their is no specific cause for grey or white hairs. it, might be nutritional deficiencies or genetic factors rule,
Give fresh fruits , green veggies, and home made food with high protein diet.
Follow good hair care like -Oiling hair with a mixture of oils like olive, alla oil, onion seed oil, sesame, coconut and castor oil keeps provides nourishment to hair
If it keeps increasing do visit your doctor.
