RashmiMom of a 11 yr 3 m old girl3 years agoA. It Could be a heat rash the more than rash it looks like a mosquito bite Tumi probably that’s the biggest problem I am not able to figure it out but nevertheless if you feel it is a rash then you can go I had with using calamine lotion
