my 6 month baby in 1 weak feiver I give anti biotic syrup paracetamol syrup cold syrup non stop feiver

A. baby 6 months old so please do not give antibiotics on your own as it is difficult to understand the doses just give calpol drops to baby and see a doctor if it doesn't go away
