my 6 month baby having cold from last few days giving medicine there is not so much improvement wht should I do also he rubbed his eyes very often should I use eye drop or not

Cold is most of the time because of some viral infection or allergic condition and symptoms are usually sneezing, running nose, nasal congestion and fever. cough along with throat irritation are  usually associated .
Treatment consists of antiallergic antipyretics analgesics and decongestants medicine .
As a home remedy steam inhalation would be very useful .
Medictines like wikoryl / tminic / Alex cold can be used  gtin a proper dose  for 3-5 days as per the symptoms .
Steam inhalation is repeated frequently .
