Hello ma’am I would advise you to consult your paediatrician ones for a proper check up as till the time it is not clear what kind of patches your child is having it’s very difficult to comment on it and without a personal check up also it’s very difficult to understand the kind of patches your talk talking about so the best for you would be to consult a paediatrician or a dermatologist
