my 6.5 yr old hv nose block and some times runny wid dry cough..with NO fever

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. warm Mahanarayan or sesame oil, or ghee with a pinch of rock or black salt, can be massaged onto the chest followed by a eucalyptus steam inhalation.. this will help in cough n cold.
