my 6.5 month baby spit up so much after feed and some thing I have noticed a sound come from her stomach "tak tak " while some movement

A. dear mum , if baby is passungurine 6-8 time in 24 hr is active alert n gain proper wt then dontworry vomit is common feed according to the hunger signs of baby to avoid overfeed
