Q.
my 5year old boy had mild fever 2days back with out any other symptoms...but after giving him p250 he didn't get any fever again but yesterday and today he vomited once a day... and today's vomiting is full sticky.. what is the reason?? he is not suffering from any cold or cough...is he got phlegm accumulated???

Fever is when the temperature of the body goes above 99 degree fahrenheit and the safest medicine in such situation is paracetamol which can be repeated after 6 hours again if required in a proper dose . Alternative mediKcine can also be tried if required like ibuprofen and mefenamic acid preparations.
cold sponging of the whole body with tap water can be beneficial too to bring the temperature down .
