Q.

My 5month baby is having fever, which was not getting cured by taking paracetamol drops.Doctor gave azithromycin oral suspension and maxtra p syrup. Is it safe for baby ?

A. if it is advice by your treating doctor than continue it. keep temperature checking 6 hourly.. Fevers higher than 104° F. should be attended to immediately. Dress your child lightly. Use a sheet instead of a blanket to cover her in bed. Breastfeed or give your baby formula often to maintain hydration of body.
