make sure you are giving only breastmilk to the child and feed more frequently for adequate hydration.
keep child in well ventilated room

You have to add sufficient water in your regular diet plan and baby should be totally a mother’s milk and there is no need to give anything else to your baby mother’s milk contains high percentage of water which also fulfil the need of water in babies
