My 5 year old son got hit in Wall and his 1 teeth turned grey May I know wen will it change its colour

A. I think a child has got hurt in their teeth or in the gums that is why the teeth colour has changed not going to get better on its own you should consult a dentist to know what is the problem and what kind of treatment would be required for this
