my 5 month old twin baby limited eye contact and smiling,no cooing.her passed hear test but not responding to sound and voice

A. Try to take little abnormal sounds like whistling clapping and different kind of sounds like birds and all which are little abnormal put on some music on the phone and the child so this way you’ll understand better and also it’s okay there’s not a problem with what you’re mentioning just give it three or four months you will see a very good change in your child over the period
