My 5 month old baby suffering running nose and blocking sometimes can you please suggest

A. Sinarist af you can give five drops to the child three times in the day with a gap of eight hours and also you can put nasal drops in the nose of your child every 5 to 6 hours along with that giving steam to the child indirectly would also be very beneficial as of now
