My 5 month old baby is doing greenish yellow loose motions.. twice a day sometimes thrice a day from the past 18-19 days.. Is it a problem or normal?

Yes this is normal.
Passing out motion 2-3 times in a day is normal. Green colour motion is also normal.
If ur baby is active and comfortable otherwise, passing out urine 6-8 times in a day, accepting feeds then no need to worry.
