my 5 month old baby having eye discharge .. is it safe to use trobamycin drop. please suggest

Siri does an antibiotic drugs You should not be using it without consulting the doctor because till the time you not sure about whether it is an allergy or an infection you cannot be using these drops so you should be getting a check with your paediatrician or an eye specialist one time
