my 5 month old baby got affected with conjunctivitis. one of his eye is swollen and closed completely, please suggest what can be done on this?

A. Eye Redness is commonly seen because of some allergic condition , infection or any trauma which needs proper examination. if it is associated with some discuharge it could be itnfection btut no self medication should be used.
