my 5 month baby flapping his right hand up to down sometimes. is it normal or not please tell me

Kids usually do it out of excitement and which is very very normal and common a lot of kids when they learn to sit and when you make them sit with support also that time they can do it and in the initial age for 3-6 months sometimes when the child is very excited they usually do it
