My 5 days old daughter is having one multicystic kidney and another one kidney is working fine. whether surgery for removal of multicystic kidney is life threatening?

Mam we cannot confirm on these things because living with one kidney is a very big challenge there are a lot of restrictions are going to come but how the surgery is going to turn out and what are the pros and cons associated with that your doctor can only advise
