my 4yr old child was fully sweat near forehead and full body was warm what does this means plz clarify

Author of questionMom of 3 children3 years agoA. my 4yr old baby was fully sweat near forehead,ear and its feel cold to touch and full body was warm.when I take temp it's shows around 96F.what does this means.plz clear

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. it is very normal for the baby to sweat a lot you should not worry about it this is commonly considered as normal as per the age ,for this ,you should not worry it is acceptable for now and this may not require any medicine or treatment .
