my 4year old sun get white spot on the face when I was suddenly change the soap which he use before then he got white spot only in his face not all the part of the body are nomarl?

White spots or white spot could be associated with dryness fungal infection deficiency of calcium that could be associated with that you need to be more sure about it it would be advisable for you to consult your doctor to have a clarity so that you can treat the issue accordingly
