My 4year old Just fell while playing his front 2 baby tooth is shaking now... should I consult doctor now...

yes you should consult with your nearest Pediatric dentist for proper clinical and radiographic examination of the traumatized milk teeth.
usually trauma to milk teeth causes ill effects over the underlying developing permanent teeth

if by chance these teeth fall then no need to worry as these are milk teeth and permanent teeth will come
also u need to consult your doctor for the same as he will guide you better in this after the proper evaluation of the teeth.
