My 4year daughter have pain in ear.

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. if you see that the child is having ear pain you will have to give painkiller that is paracetamol
which will help in decreasing the pain for now and then meet your doctor to find the cause of ear pain
because it can be due to infection as well as cough and cold.d
during an emergency you can use otogesic ear drops

Then you should consult an ENT doctor they have to check personally what’s the problem they have their toes and machines to check what kind of a problem is there maybe it’s an infection because that’s a common issue to be seen with kids so accordingly they can assist you with further medications to follow
