my 4year boy has rashes on right hand as in the picture,,can anyone suggest here what to do

Please chek with your doc as that’s going to b a lot helpful as it’s not a simple rash looks like it’s may be some kind of allergy and infection so they will b able to help to figure out what’s the problem and what treatment will b required for the child
