A. Bonnisan five drops you give maybe your child is crying due to stomach pain you can use this medicine maximum four times in the day along with that if you think that this is a discomfort due to constipation then you can insert a suppository into the anal region of your child this is going to help in clearing the system within 3 to 5 hours
