My 45 days od baby not gaining weight nd no proper sleep Is my breast milk is not sufficient??

Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 2 m old girl1 Year agoA. hi yes,it happens because of low milk supply so ,to increase your child weight and your breastmilk supply too, I suggest to offer more and more breastfeeds to your child because the more your child suck, The More milk is produced naturally
