My 42 days preterm has 102 F temperature. She is suspected of infection, and is in NICU. Dr said it could be due dehydration (phototherapy a few days ago done) or blood infection. Is it serious?

A. yes. better to show to specialist always as they get the correct diagnosis. try to avoid self and extra medication that will only complicate this and create more damage to the child
