My 4 yrs old girl have long hair groth on back, arms ,legs .What to do to lighten or remove the growth

A. Progressing is the hair growth actually becomes permanent so in this case I would recommend you that you should consult a dermatologist on the basis of the issue that you’re facing your Dr will be able to give me better assistance
