my 4 years old son having cough and fever since last night.....he refuses food...he doesn't want to eat anything... what should I do??

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children2 years agoA. zincovit syrup useful for the same. if there is no relief it is advisable to see the doctor for proper examination if there is need for proper investigations also both for diagnosis and treatment
