my 4 years old boy having black spots on his teeth and it will spreading day by day how to rectify this problem dr?

A. It Could be sometime some kind of plaque or cavity or dirt building up into that area I would just say that you should once get a check with the paediatric dentist without that you can never figure out what would possibly be the issue as well
