ExpertDr. Garima VermaDentist4 years agoA. hello mam there are two reasons for the black spots one is the iron supplement stains and the second one is cavities you need to visit a dentist once as he or she might be able to tell you better after checking the teeth of your kid

U Should get a check ones with your dentist because sometimes I could be due to some deficiency in the body sometimes if you’re giving iron supplement to the child or sometimes it is most common is cavity so it’s very important that you want to get a check with the dentist
