Q.
My 4 year old having cough and blocked nose from 2 months. I had consulted doctor multiple times and followed medication as well which includes cough syrup, antibiotic, Nabulizaltion etc. during medication it subside but once medication finished it comes back. Please help

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children1 Year agoA. Cough and Cold along with the symptom like Fever loss of appetite irritability cuiiould be a feature of viral infection or seasonal flu where most of the time supportive treatment is given.
along with that cough expectorant and decongestant with antiallergic medicine given.
steam inhalation can be given frequently to relieve the symptoms.

keep her well hydrated by giving her a spoon of lukewarm water every hour when she's awake
use simply purified water having tds higher than 450
take sunbathing daily with her head and ears covered in the morning but not under cloudy sky
