my 4 year old daughter doesn't tell she wants to pass stool.she is passing stool in her panty.how to teach her to pass stool in bathroom

A. yes you have to start the baby giving potty training let the baby sit on the chair at least 20 minutes regularly at a particular time whether passing through or not
