My 4 year old continuously complains of stomach pain it’s like on and off….not always but sometimes am really confused is it she making up o really suffering from stomach pain….any suggestions o else she is really active

Consult a child’s doctor for a personal diagnosis and seek medical guidance in this matter. Maintain a good personal hygiene routine for the child and follow your doctors advice.
