My 4 year daughter is having fever 101 degree and bitter taste. I had given paracetamol to her once and the fever gets down but stomach ache and bitter taste still exists and right now still he is having 100 degree fever. please suggest.

A. if the child is having fever so you should continue with the medicine given by doctor and stomach pain you can give syrup drotin ds 5 ml for stomach pain to the child and then consult your doctor accordingly as required
