My 4 months old is suffering from cough i consulted the doctor we took xray and blood test the result came that it is viral cough. but it's been 4 days now he is coughing. We are giving medicines as per the doctor prescribed. does it take so long to cough to settle and how many does more he will have cough?

A. I have consulted the pediatrician on 1st of Aug he had given drops and and blood report and xray suggests viral cough.
