baby 18 month suffering viral fever all blood test ok xray ok covid ok how many day fever may be and what treatment is required fever may be up and down

A. Hello dear parent, for viral fever lasts 6 to 7 days. So Uou should give paracetamol every six hours. But if fever goes higher than 100.5 degrees you should consult with your paediatric for any other medicine to be given. And give paracetamol only when temperature is 100 degrees. Not below that.
