hello doctor , my baby is 23months and 24days she is suffering with frequent viral fever we received blood test report it viral infection he said wht precautions should be taken and wht type of food we should give her plz rly.

A. Give Warm soups which you preffer, boiled vegetables like carrot, beans, pumpkin, dry fruits,. Fruits like apple, pomogranate juice, sweet lime juice, avcado, pear. Give oats, roti, daliya, Daal-khichdi adding some ghee.
