Q.

My 4 months old baby boy is crying a lot while releasing a gas from bottom. As a mother I can't able to see when he is crying a lot. Please pediatrician suggest what would be the causes for that and is there anything that would change in my diet Please suggest

A. Gas in smaller babies is a very common and a Matter of concern most of the times for care giver. its mostly because of immaturity of the gut . formula feed or early introduction of cows milk in babies may be aggravating factor. provxper burping after each feed is very important. Enzyme preparations like aglozyme or vitazyme can gbe beneficial.Also colicaid drops can be given.
