my 4 months old baby boy got rashes on his body...hands and on his foot as well...what are these rashes and how to get rid of this...please help

A. Dermocalm Lotion is a medication used to manage mild itching and irritation related to conditions such as rashes, eczema, and sunburn. It contains calamine (8% w/w) and liquid paraffin (10% w/w) as active ingredients.
