My 4 months baby girl had platelets count 40000,next day 26000, but by checking manually they got 59000. They give us some tests like cranium ultrasound, some blood test... But all are normal. Now they told me to do bone marrow examination. My concern is bone marrow extraction is very painful.. Even baby is only 4 months old. Is it required to do that. Because except some blood spots every this normal.. No fever, good apatite, no pain (bcoz c isnt crying too much)

its better to consult your paediatrician only for further management.
