my platelets count decreased to 65000...present I'm 21 weeks 2 days pregnant....since 4 days fever also not there...before that I had...what to do??? to increase my platelets count??? I'd it serious??

A. this needs admission in the hospital and proper treatment Further it is advisable to consult your local doctor for appropriate examination of the baby physically and if there is need to do any investigations if required
